Over the last 15 years I have been active in the document industry and I have witnessed the switch from paper to digital. Customer experience and the related customer journey became key success factors for companies. At Inventive Designers, we enable our clients to take their customer communications to the next level – leading to higher customer satisfaction, increased customer intimacy and operational cost savings too.

I love to work with a partnership state of mind, looking for the best value for both my client and my company. Being pragmatic, result driven, always looking for the best solution for both short and long term. In my position, I feel it is evident to take the time to listen to people.
