  • Reporting: create custom reports with data coming from the system. By creating the reports you want to see, you can control the costs, performance, efficiency...
  • Accounting: using the data about the different requests, it is possible to extract data about the costs per department.
  • Planning: the integrated planning system looks at all the pending requests and optimizes the use of the available resources. Interactive jobs are processed immediately, while batch jobs can be scheduled to run at night to preserve processor power.
  • Using Scriptura you manage the entire process from designing templates, gathering data, generating pages, splitting, merging, enriching, sorting, generating output to delivering the document to the end users.
