IntelliStamp is a software solution that secures a variety of paper and digital documents, by including a visual security stamp.

This stamp contains a copy of the most important data contained in the document. With encryption techniques IntelliStamp can verify whether this data has changed on the paper version of the document, compared to the original version.

The actual content and physical appearance of the stamp can be reconfigured to match the needs of the user.

IntelliStamp is a unique patent-pending concept and process that secures a variety of paper and digital documents, by including a visual security stamp.

This stamp contains encrypted data gathered from the document. With decryption techniques IntelliStamp can verify whether this data has changed on the paper version of the document, compared to the original version. The stamp can also contain meta data about other aspects of the document, such as the name and location of the electronic version of the document, the signing date, or the name of the author.

The stamp is physically printed on the paper version of the document, and can be represented in different ways (such as a bar-code, a series of characters, a watermark in an image, etc). The actual content and physical appearance of the stamp can be reconfigured to match the needs of the user. Two examples of an IntelliStamp can be seen below.

Due to the modular design of IntelliStamp and its ability to be integrated in any document work-flow, it can prove to be a valuable tool in any industry sector where the security, integrity and authenticity of documents must be ensured.

While IntelliStamp uses complex security techniques, we strive to keep usability as easy as possible. Printing a document with an IntelliStamp does not require special printers, paper or ink. And verification is possible through a variety of common techniques, like a typical scanner, multi-functional or even a plain keyboard.

To match your integration process, IntelliStamp is available as Software as a service (SaaS) or under a scalable license.
