1. Upload a document
2. IntelliStamp analyzes the document
3. Choose and configure your levels of protection
4. A unique encrypted IntelliStamp is generated
5. Drag the IntelliStamp on to the document
6. Optionally add a digital signature
7. Download the document
8. Print whenever/wherever you want

IntelliStamp is also available for batch environments, where the entire process can be semi or fully automated using a variety of different certificates (hardware or software based).

The following steps are covered to verify your protected documents using an clear and visual web based verification process:

1. Choose your preferred method of verifying
• Use a barcode scanner
• Use a flatbed scanner
• Use a keyboard
2. After choosing the method IntelliStamp analyzes the document
• IntelliStamp shows the original content
• Additional data is also shown (author, signing date, other meta data)
• Automatic comparison:
  IntelliStamp is capable of visualy highlighting differences between the original document and the version you scanned using a flatbed scanner.

Verification is available in online as well as offline mode, both offering different possibilities for your specific environment.
