At the AIIM-ONDEMAND Exposition & Conference in Boston,
Inventive Designers showcased the extended intelligent eForms capabilities of Scriptura.
The showcase covered hands on information on how to design, produce, and deploy personalized
and interactive eForms without programming. The presentation was given by Geert Segers,
Marketing Coordinator, and can be downloaded

Geert explained that in most companies in-house processes are increasingly being made available online,
prompting considerable savings in terms of time and cost. Publishing internal and external processes online
not only serves to cut back on the huge amount of paper documents, it also enables much swifter retrieval
and management of data, steps down the likelihood of errors, ... What is more, online services
provide businesses with a considerable competitive edge over their competitors.
The extended intelligent eForms capabilities of Scriptura see to it that end users are only required
to provide the information that is relevant to them. The online application adapts to the profile of
the person filling in the form. We are among the first to introduce user-friendly
interactive eForms as part of our XML-based document solution Scriptura.

The eForms are generated in the same environment as the environment where other documents are developed,
published or processed. Which means the solution – which is based on open standards -
guarantees consistent paper and digital communications. With Scriptura being platform-independent,
it runs on all existing operating systems (Windows, Linux, ...).
In addition, the data gathered via the electronic forms can be entered into any database and CRM system,
running on any which system, and vice versa.

Presentation
Klaas Bals will give a webinar about Scriptura. He will take us through all version 5 releases and
gradually build up to the latest Scriptura version 5.4.
Klaas will also give a sneak preview of what the future holds.

Inventive Designers has just appointed André Devalck as head of its international sales team.
In that capacity, he will be guiding and advising all national and international account managers.
Since March 10, André Devalck (b.1962) has been officially working as the new Head of Sales
for Inventive Designers. To date, this seasoned IT expert worked for VersaTel,
initially as a Business Support Manager before going on to become Sales Director and
BSSI & Alliances Manager. Previously, he worked for Belgacom as a Business Solutions Brand Manager.
