Antwerp, June 23d, 2010 – B-Bridge, the shared service center for Randstad and Tempo-team, chose ‘Scriptura’ to improve their document communication. The innovative software will be used to generate their most important documents like labor contracts, time sheets and invoices.

As an independent entity within the Group, B-Bridge offers services to her two partners: Randstad and Tempo-Team ( two important players in the staffing and HR industry). The services provided by B-Bridge are driven by state-of-the-art technology and cost efficiency. State-of-the-art, because B-Bridge values innovation and renewal. Cost efficient, because their ICT services are developed and managed for multiple partners, which leads to valuable benefits when it comes to economy of scale. This economy of scale also bundles expertise.

The project started with a thorough evaluation of the old system to generate documents. The fast expansion and extended services of the staffing group lead to a document stream that became more complex and difficult to manage. It became clear they needed to get back in control of the entire document life cycle. Specifically for the bundling and sorting of the output.

B-Bridge also challenged Inventive Designers to implement a platform with as little interventions as possible, while maximizing flexibility when it comes to multi branded documents. This because B-Bridge is responsible for managing the same document types for different brands. Other than multi branding, Scriptura also proved to be strong in managing different languages in one document. These multi lingual capabilities drastically lowered the number of document templates to be managed and with that, the total cost of ownership.

The company needed a solution that exactly matched their high requirements.
