Account Manager
In order to extend ID’s growth internationally we are looking for an ambitious account manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Follow –up and development of national/international existing customer base and new accounts.
- Cross-selling & up-selling of a software based solution in document creation and e-forms.
- Building a commercial relationship with the existing customer base as well as drive business with prospects and future customers.
- Possible step-up function in sales management.
- Being able to demo the software
Profile:
- Minimum a bachelor in computer science with a experience in a commercial environment. (pre-sales engineer/consultant, post sales engineer/consultant).
- A personality eager and able to put a next step in his career within an international sales context and opportunity.
- Strong general knowledge of business applications with a preference for document solutions, - management, - creation
- Willing to take responsibility and to follow up the total processes to successfully extend and grow the business Internationally
- A team player who is able to build a viable customer solution in conjunction with the pre sales consultants
- Good knowledge of the English language is necessary with strong notions of the French and German language

Job description:
- Provide post-sales technical support to customers and partners by telephone and e-mail
- Receive and resolve complex issues and meet customer needs
- Use debugging tools and lab simulations to analyze problems and identify solutions
- Work with other people to solve problems and enhance future products
- Track resolution through problem solving cycle
- Keep impacted parties informed of progress and resolution
- Become expert in the subject matter (XML, XSLT, XPath, Eclipse, Java,...)
- Be part of stand-by schedule to provide 24x7 support for selected customers
- Take initiative to improve the processes and tools needed to get the job done
Profile:
- University degree with minimum 1 year experience in IT or non university degree with minimum 2 years experience in IT
- Prior customer support experience is highly recomended
- Skilled in problem determination and problem solving
- Customer oriented
- Good communication skills in Dutch, English and French (other languages are an asset)
- Ability to work well under pressure and within time critical guidelines
- Able to quickly absorb new technology and terminology
- Familiarity with different operating systems and platforms is helpful

Customer services consultant
To increase the support for the pre- and post-sales processes we are looking for a customer services consultant, with a proven track record in a simlar role. The consultant will be mainly operational in the Benelux area, based at the headoffice in Antwerp, with occasional travel to prospects and customers around the world. The consultant will report to the customer services manager and work in close cooperation with the sales team and partners.
As a consultant you will:
- Assist the sales team during pre-sales activities:
- Product positioning in business processes
- Give technical product demos
- Give presentations
- Assist the customer during the architectural and design phase of the integration projects
- Assist the customer with product installation and integration projects
- Assist the customer during support calls
- Deliver technical product training
Qualifications:
- Affinity or background in IT in general, IT architectures and software development
- Knowledge about document management is a pro:
- Output communication processes (print, mail, portal ...)
- Workflow
- Document archiving
- Experience in customer service role and commercial attitude
- Positive drive and team player
- IT technical skills:
- Good XML knowledge
- Java development experience
- Multiple platform knowledge (Unix, Windows, iSeries, mainframe, ...)
