Corporate governance forms the basis of all our decision-making and monitoring processes. An independent board, external advisors and a strict code of ethics and business conduct serve as a guideline or our management team.
Guy Dehond is a serial entrepreneur who relies entirely on his gut feeling and entrepreneurial mindset to determine the way forward. He is CEO of Inventive Designers and chair of the board of directors. Guy is the main solution architect of all Inventive Designers products and holds several patents. Before founding Inventive Designers in 1994, Guy was active at Chase Manhattan and Hessenatie. Guy is a international favored speaker in multiple seminars and events on innovation. Guy holds a Computer Science degree and an Educational Science degree.
Marcella Cuijpers is director at Inventive Designers. Marcella is responsible for accounting.
Joke Dehond is a director at Inventive Designers and responsible for business development and legal affairs. Currently she serves as the vice-president of the Young Chamber of Commerce VOKA Antwerp-Waasland. Joke participated in VOKA's 'Innovation Coaching' workgroup and the 'Plato' project for entrepreneurs, she is a member of XPlor and an AIIM Professional Member and was part of Xplor/GOA's Virtual Task Force for the 2007 Global Document Exchange Conference (Miami, 2007). She received Xplor’s Electronic Document Professional certification in February 2006. Joke has a Master degree in Computer Science from the University of Antwerp and a certification in Management Fundamentals from the University of Antwerp Management School.
Klaas Bals is CTO at Inventive Designers where he leads the Research & Development teams. He's driven by the goal to deliver state-of-the-art software technology to non-technical people. He is a representative of Inventive Designers in the World Wide Web Consortium where he is a member of the Advisory Commitee and the XSL Working Group. He is the author of the 'XSL Requirements version 2.0'.
Jan De Schepper is an external director at Inventive Designers. Jan is President of the Board of NASCOM NV and ADM. He is also Member of the Board of ICT Agoria (BITA) and IOS NV. Jan has a degree in Science from the University of Louvain and a degree in Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard Boston.
Walter Van Pottelberge is an external director at Inventive Designers. He is chairman at DELA Investment Belgium nv, VNBS vzw,Flanders Fashion Institute and CVBA Record Credit Services. Before he was chief executive officer of ING Insurance Belgium-Luxembourg for eight years up until 2001. He also serves on the advisory board of UBCA nv, DELA Re Luxembourg nv, ARTAS nv, Private Insurer nv , Koninklijk Filharmonisch Orkest van Vlaanderen, Voka, Gudrun nv, Goffin Bank nv, Cryo-save Group , Argenta Bank- en Verzekeringsgroep nv, Adminibel nv, Inventive Designers nv, Vanbreda International nv , Vanbreda Risk&Benefits nv, Justitia NV and Unibreda gcv. Walter has a degree in Physics and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Louvain.
